We don’t just build homes that transfer from generation to generation, we use sustainable practices to help the planet thrive for generations too. Our earth-friendly practices begin before we lay the foundation and are prominent during each stage of construction. West Hills homes are verified through Moffet Energy Modeling, a local trade ally of Energy Trust of Oregon, to evaluate energy performance and ensure a healthy and sustainable home. Every home we build passes rigorous standards for energy efficiency, healthier indoor air, responsible use of materials, land conservation, and water conservation to far exceed standard building practices. This third-party evaluation produces a Home Energy Score and annual energy use estimate to help prepare us for the future.
We hold ourselves and our team to high job site standards throughout the home building process. Why do we go above and beyond to meet these different standards? Because we’re in it for the long run, which means we make decisions that we’ll be proud of 50 years from now – from the materials we source, to our involvement in the community, to the health of the families that grow up in our homes.
